Eid Mubarak :)

I'm going to the Eid party Sunday night with Aisha.  I'm super excited.  Otherwise, I'm super stressed out over finals and money issues and mad at my parents about said money issues.  Bah, I think I'm going to have to sell a kidney or something. 

Can I just say, again, that I realllly don't like Christmas?  I like getting presents, but I could definitely do without it.  I hate being forced to celebrate it.

But anywayyyyy, I found these pics on BBC from hajj this year, and it looks so beautiful.

So what exactly do you do at an Eid party, if I may ask? 'Cause I never even went to a Christmas party (I don't even think we have those here - Belgium is not that Christmas-crazed), let alone to an Eid party. Do you pray and meet others and stuff?

It's just like a Christmas party, so you'd just talk to people and hang out and eat. You would pray too, if it's time to pray, but no "special" prayer - just the normal ones.
